Where can Mellor Eyes be shipped to?

Mellor Eyes can be shipped to addresses within Australia only at this time. 

How do I turn my glasses on and off? 

To turn the glasses on or off, press and hold both arms simultaneously for 5 seconds until you hear “Power on” or “Power off” 

How do I pair my glasses using Bluetooth? 

To pair your Mellor Eyes with Bluetooth, ensure that the glasses are turned on and no other devices are connected. Then search for Mellor Eyes in your device's Bluetooth setting and select pair. You will then hear “Connected”

How do I charge my Mellor Eyes? 

To charge your Mellor Eyes, connect the included charging cable to a power sauce such as a computer or wall adapter. Magnetically connect each arm until you see the red light to show it is charging. 

How long does the battery last? 

Mellor Eyes lasts up to 5 hours of continuous use or up to 15 days on standby. 

How long does it take to charge my glasses? 

It takes approximately 2 hours to fully charge Mellor Eyes.

Do I need my phone with me to pick up my voice? 

You do not. As long as you are within the 10m Bluetooth radius, the microphone inbuilt into the arms will pick up your voice for calls and use your assistant.

How do the device controls work? 

The device controls are located on the side of the arms and the sensors are where the 3 dots are next to the logo. 

How do I adjust the volume on my glasses? 

To adjust the volume on Mellor eyes, double tap the left arm to increase and double tap the right to decrease the volume. 

How do I activate my assistant? 

To activate your assistant, press and hold either arm for 5 seconds until you hear the activation sound, then use your assistants such as Siri or Google Assistant, and speak as you normally would as your Mellor Eyes microphone will pick up your voice. 

Where can I find care tips and instructions? 

Care tips and instructions for Mellor Eyes can be found in the instructions included with your Mellor Eyes or on our website. 

Are Mellor Eyes waterproof? 

Mellor Eyes have an IP65 rating which means although they are not fully waterproof, they are water- resistant, sweat resistant. 

What do I need to use Mellor Eyes? 

To use Mellor Eyes, you will need a device with Bluetooth 5.0 capabilities such as a smartphone, computer, or tablet. 

What do I do if I need prescriptions?

If you require prescription lenses, you can take your Mellor Eyes to an optical store to have the lenses replaced. Confirmed optical stores include Specsavers and OPSM. We cannot guarantee your specific prescription can be replaced, we recommend you check with your provider first. 

What is the manufacturer's warranty policy? 

Mellor Eyes come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty for any defects or malfunctions. Please refer to our warranty policy for more details.
